Dr. Jerry T. Hart
(b. June 12, 1941; Louisville, KY)
Dr. Hart received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis and completed his OB GYN residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. He has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Hopkinsville for more than twenty-five years. He is a past Chief of OB GYN at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. In 1987, Dr. Hart started the Prenatal Program in Hopkinsville providing comprehensive prenatal care to low income mothers. He and his wife Barbara have three children and four grandchildren.
