We work with Jennie Stuart Medical Center, St. Luke's Free Clinic, Alpha Alternative, and the Christian County Health Department to provide classes and discussions on various women's health topics. Please feel free to contact our providers about any special classes that we are offering. We have listed below the classes which are currently scheduled.

Early Pregnancy Loss Support Group	"There is no grief like the grief that does not speak." This quote from Longfellow expresses many women's feelings after an early pregnancy loss through miscarriage, stillbirth, or any form of early infant death. Alpha Alternative offers a scripture-based study called "Threads of Hope, Pieces of Joy." This is a nine week study group designed to sensitively give women permission to grieve after their loss and offer an opportunity for healing. Lamaze Class	Jennie Stuart Medical Center offers a free class for expectant parents to learn about relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, signs and stages of labor, medications, anesthesia, postpartum and newborn care. Sibling Class	Jennie Stuart Medical Center offers a free program to prepare 3-10 year olds for the arrival of a new baby in their home. It gives them an idea of the changes they can expect while Mom is pregnant and after the baby is born. It reassures young ones about emotions they may feel, tells them how they can help with the baby, and helps them gain a feeling of confidence in their place in the family.
